Use of the service

You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security or intellectual-property rights.

Orders, pricing and availability

Product descriptions, prices, colours, measurements and availability are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but display settings can affect colour. Availability, specifications and prices may change. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and may refuse, cancel or limit orders where permitted by law.

Payments, delivery and returns

Payment must be authorised before fulfilment. Shipping and return terms are governed by the Shipping Information and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The BEVAN UP name, logos, product photography, graphics, text, layout, designs and other materials are owned by or licensed to us. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, displayed or commercially used without prior written permission.

Third-party services and liability

Third-party links and services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the service; this does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise. We may update these Terms; the revised version applies when posted. Contact support@bevanup.com with questions.
